I am so disappointed in the service dept of this dealership. Engine light on my new car - i have brought it in 3 times and they keep telling me it is fixed. I can only assume this is a way for them to make money because the car is still under warranty. They are slow and very poor at customer service. There have been so many problems with my new vehicle and downtown mercedes can't fix anything. I once called to see what was happening with some parts they said they needed to fix my car. They say, "oops - they have been here for a few weeks and we forgot to call you". Seriously? I had finally had enough and I called to speak to the service manager about all the issues. No surprise, but he has never returned my call. I have had mercedes for a decade now - when I switched from Lexus, I knew I would get worse service, but I never knew how bad the service would be. All was fine with my first mercedes, but I guess downtown mercedes lost its good service staff. I don't write bad reviews but this dealership has been so awful, I had to let others know. Stay away from downtown mercedes. More

We are from out of town and just passing through Toronto when we had car troubles asked Service for a ten minute look so it would be safe to drive but they would not give me the time of day. Just bought a used GLC 300 from an outside dealer and so far the service is not good to say the least. No return calls to set-up an appointment. Called 4 times left 3 voice mail messages in the space of 3 w far the service is not good to say the least. No return calls to set-up an appointment. Sorry to say - absolutely horrible service and attitude from these people. Website booking 2 weeks away, while other places could arrange for tomorrow? The rear wiper arm on my 2014 ML 350 (Wilson) needed replacement so i took advantage of a scheduled service to visit the parts department and purchase the required bits and pieces ($80). I took the new replacement so i took advantage of a scheduled service to visit the parts department and purchase the required bits and pieces ($80). I took the new part to the vehicle to ensure I had the right parts and found that the arm had already been replaced without fanfare and at no charge. I wish to thank the service manager, Nicholas Gonsalves, for his focus on customer care. Here's a high five to someone who obviously knows the value of consumer relations. I had a great day :-). Terrible experience at this dealership, in particular with Lawrence Q in sales. Came in to talk about options as my lease was ending, he was friendly and helpful until I informed him I wanted to think ab with Lawrence Q in sales. His demeanour changed immediately, all pretense of friendliness gone and prefaced the rest of our conversation with “I don’t want to pressure you”…but continued to pressure me. I reached out to him within 48 hours to make a deal and he didn’t respond. Walked into the dealership the following day - still no message back - saw Lawrence and mentioned to him that I hadn’t heard back from him and he didn’t have the decency to acknowledge it let alone apologize. You’re just a dollar sign to this associate, who doesn’t seem to fit the usually warm and attentive atmosphere that I had experienced prior to this. Do yourself a favour and ask for Ramin- friendly, approachable, responds back with no hint of fakeness. More

The car was not ready when promised and the service rep asked my wife to take an Uber to pick up her call when she arranged for shuttle. Absolutely the worst service, would expect far more from the MB brand, especially a corporate dealer. More
