Terrible experience attempting to purchase a new Dodge Ram. Steve only interested in selling us a base 2021 model off the lot, apparently in an attempt to offload old stock. When we spoke of our trade in, we received yet another chuckle as he told us the Chrysler website trade in appraiser was “generous”. Well apparently not, we crossed the 401, purchased a beautiful new vehicle from Fraser Dodge, had a great buying experience and indeed, got what the appraiser had quoted. More
