Was treated miserably by that salesperson [who is no linger there] once I signed the deal. He turned me over to the receptionist to finish details. Never saw him again. In 2014 bought another new Caravan at a different dealer. This time the used 2012 was found on internet and I took a chance. It was worth it. In 2018 when we get a Pacifica, we will try both dealerships...not so much for dollars but more for service. More

They misplaced the spare key and said they would get it to me soon. After a month and numerous calls and email> most of which were not responded to, they agreed that it was lost and they would reimburse me if I had a spare made. I sent the bill in 2 weeks ago with no reply. One week later I emailed the salesman, sales manager and general manager to see when I would receive the payment. Over a week later no one has replied to me in any manner. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone More
