Worst Customer service ever I bought a used f-150 pick up there 2 months ago. They were very friendly and helpful during the purchase process. After I paid the experience totally I bought a used f-150 pick up there 2 months ago. They were very friendly and helpful during the purchase process. After I paid the experience totally changed. They misplaced the spare key and said they would get it to me soon. After a month and numerous calls and email> most of which were not responded to, they agreed that it was lost and they would reimburse me if I had a spare made. I sent the bill in 2 weeks ago with no reply. One week later I emailed the salesman, sales manager and general manager to see when I would receive the payment. Over a week later no one has replied to me in any manner. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone More
