That being said, you usually walk into a car dealership waiting to get ripped off that's just the perception of "sales". We left there feeling good and on top after we finished purchasing our car. The business manager is the last person you meet with to finalize the offer details and he has all the control of lasting impressions. Michael did an amazing job... in his words he "geeked" out to get us the best possible deal - price, interest rate etc. He was personable and genuine. I would recommend going to this dealership just to be able to finalize the details with Micheal and get you the best possible deal he can do.... I wish I was as good at math as he is. We would purchase from this dealership again just because of him. Thank you Michael! More

Exactly what I needed. I needed a new vehicle and the one i had just wasnt doing it for me. Bilal did everything he could to get the max amount of trade credit, and all feat I needed a new vehicle and the one i had just wasnt doing it for me. That is the onky time they are nice to you...when you are buying something! When we purchased the van we had 5 yrs oil and filter package for free. Everytime we went into get an oil change they kept trying to charge us. I finally brought the paperwork in to prove it and finally received my money back. They kept telling us we do not offer that kind of service. Many times we have spoken to the manager and still got no where. Yesterday i went in for an oil change and had to go thru the same crap to determine that yes i indeed had free oil change. I asked to speak with the manager and yet again wasted my time. I have forgotten his name however he did nothing to help. He looked like i was wasting his time. He never apologised nothing. They send you an email to ask how there service was and i never received a response. The service adviser Laura did not care either. I walked away from the manager after so much frustration and he still wouldnt talk to me. I find Menzies is only nice when you are spending money there. I will never go back there to purchase a vehicle or to have it serviced. I would rather pay to have better service More
