Purchased a 2022 Jeep was upsold a protection package that ruined the esthetics of the vehicle. Was told to leave the sprayed product on for a week(not to wash) and then after a week to wash off the exce that ruined the esthetics of the vehicle. When the sales rep was questioned she gave nothing but double talk and contradictions of what we were told earlier. Now that they have the money for the purchase and upsell haven't heard a word from the dealership. Go buy anywhere else IMO. More
