When we first went to Parkcity, we were looking for a used vehicle. After some discussion, we found out that a new one would work out to close to the same cost as a used one. We have been loyal Toyota owners since 1991 when we purchased a used 1989 Toyota Camry Wagon with only 43,000 km on it. We put over 300,000km on it. Never had any major repairs. Just repair maintenance purchased a used 1989 Toyota Camry Wagon with only 43,000 km on it. We put over 300,000km on it. Never had any major repairs. Just repair maintenance and repairs from normal wear and tear. In 2004, we sold it for a good price, for a car that was 15 years old. We then purchased a new 2004 Toyota Corolla LE. In the nine years we've owned it there has only been one minor repair. We have always done regular maintenance at our local Toyota dealership where we purchased it. We are now looking for a new vehicle and considering the RAV4. It seems to suit our needs best as we are now retired. Our granddaughter will be purchasing our Corolla. We are so satisfied with Toyota, the product and the service that we recommenced purchasing a Toyota to another granddaughter, who bought a new 2012 Matrix! More

He is a very personable young man with a thorough knowledge of the Toyota products. Gail is the sales manager and became involved during the purchase negotiations. She is likewise very personable and I found the purchase process very fair and customer friendly. Erin was the business manager and completed the paperwork for us during which time we met the dealership owner. I have since returned with a few followup questions about the vehicle's gagetry and have always felt welcome. I have also been to the service department for routine service issues where Carrisa was the service advisor. She is friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. My overall experience with Parkcity Toyota has been first rate and I would highly recommend them. More

I originally went into ParkCity Toyota, with my wife's Toyota Tacoma for an oil change. While I was looking around the show room, I noticed that the Tundras were on sale for quite a bit off, and zero perc Toyota Tacoma for an oil change. While I was looking around the show room, I noticed that the Tundras were on sale for quite a bit off, and zero percent financing was available! I went home and told my wife, and a couple of weeks later we were the proud owners of a brand new 2012 Tundra. Even though we loved our Tacoma, the Tundra was better suited to our needs. I am quite tall and needed more space, and we wanted to pull a larger trailer, so the Tundra fit us like a glove!! We have been dealing with ParkCity for approximately 15 years now and Cindy Chapman is one of the most professional and friendly salesperson we have ever dealt with. She knows her Toyotas!! As a matter of fact everyone we dealt with were great!!! I know our relationship with ParkCity Toyota will continue, as my Daughter who recently graduated from University, has just purchased her second Toyota a brand new Rav 4!!
