We went in to make an appointment for our 2008 Corolla & liking the service we with got with that one we just started to look around. Knowing full well that we never had one single problem with the 2008 w & liking the service we with got with that one we just started to look around. We have been loyal Toyota owners since 1991 when we purchased a used 1989 Toyota Camry Wagon with only 43,000 km on it. We put over 300,000km on it. Never had any major repairs. Just repair maintenance purchased a used 1989 Toyota Camry Wagon with only 43,000 km on it. We put over 300,000km on it. Never had any major repairs. Just repair maintenance and repairs from normal wear and tear. In 2004, we sold it for a good price, for a car that was 15 years old. We then purchased a new 2004 Toyota Corolla LE. In the nine years we've owned it there has only been one minor repair. We have always done regular maintenance at our local Toyota dealership where we purchased it. We are now looking for a new vehicle and considering the RAV4. It seems to suit our needs best as we are now retired. Our granddaughter will be purchasing our Corolla. We are so satisfied with Toyota, the product and the service that we recommenced purchasing a Toyota to another granddaughter, who bought a new 2012 Matrix! More

He is a very personable young man with a thorough knowledge of the Toyota products. Gail is the sales manager and became involved during the purchase negotiations. She is likewise very personable and I found the purchase process very fair and customer friendly. Erin was the business manager and completed the paperwork for us during which time we met the dealership owner. I have since returned with a few followup questions about the vehicle's gagetry and have always felt welcome. I have also been to the service department for routine service issues where Carrisa was the service advisor. She is friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. My overall experience with Parkcity Toyota has been first rate and I would highly recommend them. More

I originally went into ParkCity Toyota, with my wife's Toyota Tacoma for an oil change. While I was looking around the show room, I noticed that the Tundras were on sale for quite a bit off, and zero perc Toyota Tacoma for an oil change. While I was looking around the show room, I noticed that the Tundras were on sale for quite a bit off, and zero percent financing was available! I went home and told my wife, and a couple of weeks later we were the proud owners of a brand new 2012 Tundra. Even though we loved our Tacoma, the Tundra was better suited to our needs. I am quite tall and needed more space, and we wanted to pull a larger trailer, so the Tundra fit us like a glove!! We have been dealing with ParkCity for approximately 15 years now and Cindy Chapman is one of the most professional and friendly salesperson we have ever dealt with. She knows her Toyotas!! As a matter of fact everyone we dealt with were great!!! I know our relationship with ParkCity Toyota will continue, as my Daughter who recently graduated from University, has just purchased her second Toyota a brand new Rav 4!! Thanks Cindy and the ParkCity staff for all you help and knowledge, and we look forward to the future!! More

My husband and I were looking for a good used vehicle and we decided to stop at Parkcity Toyota. Next thing we know we are buying a brand new 2012 RAV4. The entire experience was 100% awesome, from the beginning, walking into the dealership. We were greeted professionally by the Receptionist who hooked us up with Cindy Chapman (a referral from a fam beginning, walking into the dealership. We were greeted professionally by the Receptionist who hooked us up with Cindy Chapman (a referral from a family member). Cindy listened to our expectations and needs, provided us with those options and more, explained the process and finalized the sale in a professional, competent, friendly and caring way. The financing process was made clear, simple and Carrie made the finalization of that portion easy. Several members of the Parkcity Toyota team actually got involved including the owner Jay and Sales Manager Gayle. It was apparent that this group works as a team. We never felt overwhelmed, pushed into anything and honestly were made to feel we were very important. When we left we felt that if we had to rate this dealership and staff on a 1-10 basis, our rating would be a 15. We have told our friends and family about the exemplary experience we had at Parkcity Toyota and will continue to refer folks to the dealership. More

Dealer performed oil change on Toyota Tundra. They however did not screw the oil filter back properly, leading to a complete loss of oil, and damage to the engine.
