I a month back started the process of purchasing a Toyota Tacoma, it ended being longer than anticipated on my end and the staff was nothing but helpful throughout the whole process , never did i feel pressu Tacoma, it ended being longer than anticipated on my end and the staff was nothing but helpful throughout the whole process , never did i feel pressured or the typical "salesman vulture tactics" many others use. Larry was my salesman and he was very helpful and answered all my questions and went through my vehicle top to bottom. Can't say enough good things. More

I bought a used Sienna van from this company and after a couple of 1000 miles it developed an oil leak that will cost $3500.00 to fix. add to that a wheel bearing and a broken rad hose we are now upto 1/2 couple of 1000 miles it developed an oil leak that will cost $3500.00 to fix. add to that a wheel bearing and a broken rad hose we are now upto 1/2 the price I paid. NOT DECLAIRED and maybe even hidden! This is the trick of a cheap car dealer. More
Not recommended. Lack of basic professionalism and expertise. 8000km: complained about the battery being dead once. Had to jump it myself. ~16000km: battery was dead again. 3rd time now. They changed the battery at a later date. Mileage was too close to the 16k mark so they also did the regular servicing under an extended warranty. Had to take the car into the dealership many times since then for the same battery drain issue. So much so that the servicing staff know me by now. Not my objective, regardless of how nice they are. Told them that other 2020 RAV4 Hybrid XSE owners were having the same issue (google 2020 RAV4 Hybrid XSE battery issues) and that Toyota issued a firmware update for it. Was like talking to a brick wall. ~25000km: the battery is dead again. They blamed my dashcam this time and charged me for "troubleshooting". They disconnected the dashcam and I removed it from the car completely. Mileage was too close to the 25k mark so they also did the regular servicing. Less than 25200km: the battery is dead again. They don't have one in stock. Why are these batteries flying off their shelves like hotcakes if everything is so perfect? Now they finally want to put a firmware update, except they are saying it's for a 2019 RAV4. Mine is 2020. I've decided to cut ties with this dealership and this automaker. My patience and agreeableness were taken advantage of. I left feeling defrauded because all I got was a flea circus when I paid for the Cirque du Soleil. This seems to be a theme across the dealership because they tried to sell me scammy extras like windshield "diamond" coating and cathodic protection on top of the extended warranty that I was already paying for. I'll be telling everyone in my professional and personal circle to stay away from this Toyota dealership. PS: If the folks downstairs are not getting it done for you, talk to the top boss upstairs. I didn’t even know it was an option until I did. From the sound of it, she didn’t even know that there was a whole flea circus going on right under her nose. More
Service manager leaves a lot to be desired. Poor customer relations. I think service rep was Jim or James. Brought vehicle in for oil change at11:15 am and it was not done until 3:30 pm. Very disappointed with the service at Toyota. This is the second time we asked for work to to be done and Toyota did not do the work that was requested. We drove around, looked at a couple and parked, and then stood in the front entry way for 15 minutes without anyone approaching us, asking if we needed anything or even if we were ready to buy. After playing around in the blue Tacoma in the dealership, I had finally had enough, and said let’s go. If I buy a Tacoma, it sure as xxxx won’t be from the park city dealership. More
