I took my vehicle last July 3, 2021 for oil change, tire rotation and replace differential fluid se Denial, don't want to take responsibility! I took my vehicle last July 3, 2021 for oil change, tire rotation and replace differential fluid services. My vehicle was in the shop pretty fast but it took over three hours wait. I noticed it was on the hoist and also on the ground for a long time. When I got my vehicle, I noticed the deep scratches on the lower right corner of my Entune/Navigation System bezel and one of its buttons near the said area. There was a poorly done touch-up to cover it up too. My wife and I didn't see these damages anytime prior to the said service appointment. I spoke to the Senior Service Team Leader and eventually to the Senior Store Team Leader and got nothing but denials. The Senior Store Team Leader just kept telling me that he'll talk to the service technician. Until now, I have not receive a phone call about this issue. They were even telling me scenarios how it possibly happened but I know its full of BS because I know my vehicle and I take care of it well which one of the reasons why I take it to Toyota dealer for any services even though they charge more. I have received my vehicle from previous services from them with grease in the door handles (outside and inside) and other areas of the vehicle but I just cleaned it myself. However, this damage is not acceptable. I would attach photos of the damage but this site doesn't have that feature. More

We were extremely impressed and pleased with the friendly and informative service that we received. In particular, Lillo and Brittany demonstrated much patience as we made our decision. Horrible customer service experience dealing with (Aftab and Alyssa). from the moment I stepped out of the car, Aftab started giving me orders on where to stand and what to do without a single please or tha and Alyssa). from the moment I stepped out of the car, Aftab started giving me orders on where to stand and what to do without a single please or thank you. felt that I was an inconvenience for her and that she was doing me a favor. she told me with a ton of attitude that my filters need to be replaced and I told her to replace them. Later, she told me that the battery needs to be replaced too. I asked her about the total that I need to pay including tax and she gave me the total which I found out when paying that its the one without tax. I was very disappointed. Furthermore, she told me that my waiting time is about an hour to an hour and a half. I waited for 2 hours and then saw the technicians finishing my car and take it outside. I waited for another full 15 minutes and nobody came to talk to me about my car so I went back to the maintenance area and waited for somebody to talk to. Another lady (her name is Alyssa according to the front desk lady as nobody wears name badges there) came to me 5 minutes later and asked me what am I waiting outside, I told her that its been 2.20 hours and I'm still waiting for my car. she did not even say sorry and walked away. 10 minutes later to she came to me with the same attitude as her colleague and told me to pay inside. What a horrible experience, such employees took their customers for granted thinking that customer service is not part of their role. What a massive difference between your service advisors and the ones I dealt with at the many other Toyota dealerships. More
Toyota service departments are disappointing. I tried servicing my Prius C at Meadowvale, first time, on July 9. Man, their mechanics Suck!!!! Here are the reasons. I paid $138 for brake fluid flush. Guess what they didn't bleed all caliper/drum bleed screws, maybe only the right front. I bleed the other 3 screws, found the left rear was badly rusted. A scam!! The 2nd reason is, the moron mechanic tightened most lug nuts to over 140 ft lb. INSANE!! Specs says 76 ft lb. Lucky I have a very long breaker bar. So don't go there (and Mississauga Toyota, too). More
