I was expecting to meet experts at the dealership, however the staff does not seem to know much about Honda cars, issues and their possible causes. The staff heavily relies on pushing a diagnosis. My older Honda Civic has issues picking up speed as the engine struggles. For an expert Honda mechanic, this should be fairly easy to identify potential causes. I was not looking for anything accurate but possible causes of this behaviour. Please hire more knowledgable staff. The quality of multi-point inspection has also gone down the drain. There is little or no value to spend 3 times the money for an oil change. Will not use this dealership for anything again. Try more to focus on customer service, and sales might come in naturally. Customer service with front desk was not the best experience. I only signed up for an oil change and the service rep was going to go ahead and do the other maintenance codes on my dash without my con experience. I only signed up for an oil change and the service rep was going to go ahead and do the other maintenance codes on my dash without my consent or approval. I found out because I asked how long an oil changes takes and said it would take longer because other maintenance needs to be done. Other codes were tire rotation which I didn’t need since I swap winter tires and a rear differential fluid change. When I rejected the service, the way the rep. communicated seemed more of a threat than helping me out. He had a tone indicating that a repair was $3k for brakes… like what? It’s for rear differential fluids not brakes. Idk, the rep needs better customer service skills. I have had experience in the past where they gone ahead and did stuff without my consent. Before, I asked for a wiper blade insert replacement but did a blade replacement since its not an option so I paid a premium. They should have asked first because if it was not an option instead of proceeding in changing my blade. More

I was disappointed when i come you shop , i was told to take around an hour took 2hours 35 minutes . When I was out side i see my car out has been sitting almost 1.56 hour. speaking customer was not po take around an hour took 2hours 35 minutes .
