Surprised how easy to buy a new truck over the phone We are very satisfied with our salesman Brad Scott who helped us get into the truck we wanted at a very reasonable price. We new what we basically wanted and Brad was able to help us get it and made sure we knew what we were getting and break down of the financing cost that would best suit us. Terrible service department and customer loyalty I have purchased and leased as well as referred people to this dealership, never again would I recommend them. After leasing my last two Edges, buyi I have purchased and leased as well as referred people to this dealership, never again would I recommend them. After leasing my last two Edges, buying an Escape, Fiesta and focus you think I would be considered a good customer. I actually enjoyed dealing here up until I needed service. The service department is an absolute joke. Pam, the service manager has no clue about anything and is really in the wrong job, Drew is of zero help and just blames Ford Canada for everything and Ian the used car manager just wants your money. After having issues with the Fiesta, which they claim is fixed and running within normal scope, we took the car to Erinwood Ford, they took it out for a 10 minute test drive they assessed the problem with the transmission ( a known problem with these cars) and fixed it properly. This was after fighting with Meadowvale for months. Meadowvale replaced the transmission the first time and it still ran like a piece of crap. Kept telling us we had to drive it for a break in period, ironically then they said we put on to many kms😮 To help us get out if the car. Went in to get new lease on Edge and after telling me the price can't be beat anywhere, I went elsewhere and got a lower price by 50.00 a month! Hmmmmm. Actually glad I don't have to deal with the service department ever again. So long Meadowvale Ford, Hello Erinwood Ford, a true class act! More

Customer Service Dino our agent was more than just selling us a new car, he understood our requirements and set out to fulfill all of them. The car he sold us had everything we requested and more all at a price we planned on. He went all out to make us enjoy the experience of the whole process right down to driving to the licence office to make sure all the paper work was ready in time for me to pick up my wife from work so she could see and enjoy our first new car since 1986. All our previous cars were used with low mileage and loaded. I would recommend Dino as an agent to anyone interested in being treated with respect. More

Technicians not mechanics anymore I can only assume with technology and automation Ford is trying to save money by no longer having to pay for mechanics, but they can pay a lower wage I can only assume with technology and automation Ford is trying to save money by no longer having to pay for mechanics, but they can pay a lower wage for a "technician" to plug into a computer and have your car diagnosed. The only way to get an actual problem fixed is to ask for the Service Mgr to do a ride-a-long and experience it because the computer and the technicians do not see it. My last two major issues could not be detected by the "computer" or "technician". The Service Manager saw it immediately. This makes taking time off work to bring your car in a very expensive situation as I was told to bring it back again if the problem persists. Therefore requesting a ride-a-long is the only way to reduce missed work and pay. I was to have tires rotated as well, but the invoice does not show it was completed. The good thing is Pam and Service Mgr willingly comply if available but my last visit he was not there. My daughters Focus jerks so bad when accelerating and guess what, the computer says it is fine. However the possibilities of whiplash exist. She has brought it in 3 times with the same answer so next time she will request ride-a-long. Hopefully noting dangerous happens in the interim which would cost Ford much more. More
