Single What can I say. Service department, without saying out right, that I am a lier. I was approved for a tailgate repair. When my car was brought in they What can I say. When my car was brought in they stated that the tailgate was repair already with body fill and that I was no longer cover under warranty. I would have to pay. I had the car since Dec 2014 . Has a car accident in Feb of 2016 were only the front was damage and the came on the insurance was all in the front. I AM WITHOUT dought lost for words. More

My last visit took If you would like to make multiple visits for simple service as you have nothing else to do - bring your Ford into Meadowvale Ford. My last visit took 4 separate revisits to fix a lock and axle seal. However that axle seal fix held for 4 days. Fortunately I was south of the border when it happened where the Ford dealerships have capable and qualified technicians. Problem fixed over night at NC. Unfortunate for us in the west end of the GTA that our options are limited as these Ford shops have a captured audience. So no need to fix your car or van right the first time. Might as well hire trained monkeys and give them a wrenches. More

oil change could cost much more with new covers required went for oil change. appeared to go well until on my way home I could hear something dragging. upon arriving at home looked underneath to discover bot went for oil change. appeared to go well until on my way home I could hear something dragging. upon arriving at home looked underneath to discover both the bottom cover for the oil filter area and the oil pan area were dragging the ground. Luckily the clips on the oil filter were still intact and I was able to crawl underneath and re attach, not so luck with oil pan cover and now im driving around with a zip tie keeping one corner in place. I could only imagine what it would cost to replace cover so ill just keep a pack of zip ties in the truck with me. All this being said I must say Ive never had any issues at this location before and this was probably just one of those times where things happened. More

I live in London Ont and after visiting the 3 ford dealerships there and no one wanted to sell me a car I started looking at other dealerships (my first ford I've ever purchased) I got into contact with Brad at Meadowvale Ford and he stayed in contact with me from April 4th and found the car I wanted and kept in contact with me until my Volkswagen settlement went through and got to pick up my new cord on August 21. I would recommend Brad at meadowvale for great customer service!!! And my husband will go there for his new truck because of the excellent customer service I received! More

My Fusion was taken in that afternoon and repaired in record time. As usual, Haji and the mechanic were friendly and helpful and I was on the road safely again. More
