Disaster Normally good service. However my last visit was a disaster. Had an appointment for 2:30pm, truck didnt get in until 7pm. Was not offered a shuttle or Normally good service. I get its the busy season but at least look at my concerns somewhat close to the appointment time. Then tell me to come back another day.... Don't have a customer wait hours just to tell them to come back. On top of that I had to argue for warranty parts that were covered. As the guy tried to say they weren't. More

I will not buy FORD anymore My love for Ford has come to and end (Thanks to Meadowvale Ford and Ford Customer Services). My car has multiple recalls since I bought it. Took it fo My love for Ford has come to and end (Thanks to Meadowvale Ford and Ford Customer Services). My car has multiple recalls since I bought it. Took it for repairs many times. Cooling liquid error since year 2 was never repair and suddenly right after the warranty expired the dealer found the problem and charged me $1,000 (seriously). Ford customer services knew about this (during and after warranty) and did nothing to help (promised to call back and follow up and still waiting for it). Never had an issue with other brands (Mazda or Renault). More
