Excellent service during Covid-19 and social distancing Meadowvale Ford did an amazing job, providing excellent service during this time of social distancing. They were prompt in responding to our request for service (needed new all season tires and winter tires removed). We didn't have to wait long for an appointment, they had a drop box for the car key, and when the service was completed, the car was dropped off at our house (payment was over the phone). There was no extra charge for this service. (Note: the driver was wearing a mask and gloves). I'd have to say that they went above and beyond to make their customers feel safe and valued. Bringing my vehicles in for regular service has never been an issue. Always courteous staff all around from my dealings with them. Definitely a recommended dealer in my opinion. If there was a "negative", it would be the available places to put/park my vehicle when bringing in for service but it always has worked out. Was really nifty this most recent service just last week, because of the pandemic they have to come and pick up/drop off the vehicles from/to my driveway. Pretty convenient option to have, although I can't wait until we're able to go back in for the personal experience. More
