I’ve been left in the dark, with my concerns seemingly ignored and my trust eroded with every unreturned call and vague promise. This vehicle, which I had such high hopes for, has become a source of constant stress, made worse by the dealership’s failure to take accountability or offer a genuine resolution. I feel abandoned by a business that was eager to make a sale but unwilling to stand by their product when things went wrong.
