I had to buy my second car because they threatened me to impound my $500 deposit. When my lease is over and I'm trying to contact the lease manager for buyout price, it was another nightmare, I've calling for days and trying to get hold on this guy, I left voice message, left notes, sent email, as well as ask for other options, and he never get back to me. I asked reception to direct me to anyone who can help me out, she simplify just hand up on me! I’ve leasing cars for decades, and this is worse dealer I ever had! I would avoid this dealer at any cost!! More

i Had a great experience with customer service. My rep was friendly, helpful and had everything done really quickly. The bill was eventually lower than quoted which was a nice surprise.
