Serviced an f150 because 4x4 wouldn't disengage along with several other issues. Got the truck back with a steering wheel off center, 3 adjacent lugs completely loose and that same wheel barely fastened with several other issues. Got the truck back with a steering wheel off center, 3 adjacent lugs completely loose and that same wheel barely fastened to the upper control arm by hand (I could unbolt it by hand with less than a full rotation). Also the 4x4 still doesn't disengage. They didn't even fix the issue I took it in for. I went back and asked for the general manager or whoever was in charge of the dealership at the time. They refused the request and brought me to their Customer Relations Manager Haji Khurshid. I expressed to Mr. Khurshid that I was upset at the danger that their mechanics put my family and I through. Mr. Khurshid then says he's a certified mechanic himself and he deems the situation as SAFE. He says the truck is designed so that the truck can drive without the upper control arm, and its only there to stabilize the wheel. He says it poses no real risk or danger to anybody. He says anything can happen to anybody, and he can't be held accountable for all the possible ways a car can malfunction. I agree, but not in the case where you forget to bolt a wheel back onto a car. That's not a malfunction. That's an accident waiting to happen caused by negligence. I demanded that they cover the expense for an inspection of the wheel by a certified mechanic at a different shop after they fix it, which he refused. They turned down every single one of my terms, including extending my warranty just incase they forget to bolt something else back on. The only thing they offered was to waive the labor costs of few minor cosmetic repairs (2 min repairs), but I'd still have to buy the part. This dealership is a joke. Don't go here. They have poor customer service reports. The only reason I went here was because dealerships these days aren't doing loaners because of covid and when I called them they said they were doing loaners. They didn't have a loaner for me. I had to settle with a small rental suv which doesn't fit the tools I need for work. More
Fast check-in. Servicing of car takes too long for regular maintenance. Would like a report, once servicing begins. especially when they find something that needs attention ASAP (eg. wiper blade arm), regular maintenance. Appreciated the consideration shown ( 10% discount) due to extra long wait for the service. More
