I am disappointed that the wiper motor would fail on a three year old vehicle. The cost to fix is very expensive. Took my 2016 Ford Edge in due to a bad shake in the steering wheel. Active Green and Ross took two cracks at fixing this issue which started with them with a winter to spring tire change over. It only got worse after the 2nd tire balance they performed. Decided to cut my losses and have a Roadforce balance done at dealership. Problem solved!!! Meadowvale Ford will be getting all my tire service work moving forward. More
