Meadowvale Ford has been great with both the purchase of our last vehicle and the regular maintenance required for both our previous and present vehicle. Being new to the area plus their location being clos our last vehicle and the regular maintenance required for both our previous and present vehicle. Being new to the area plus their location being close at hand helped us to establish a good relationship. Their courtesy service for pick up and drop off of my vehicle has been exceptional and much appreciated. Wasn't sure who 'Wendy' was when she called for the return of my vehicle, as I did not get her name when I called to make an appointment for service. I also have friends with the name Wendy so I wasn't sure who it was. Perhaps introducing herself as "Wendy from Meadowvale Ford" would help for better communication. Just a thought. More

Honestly. Dealing with Wendi Best was a game changer for me. I've dealt with a couple of different Service Advisors in various dealerships and I have say, she made my experience at Meadowvale Ford a good o me. Would not use Meadowvale for an EV purchase again. Sales staff were uninformed and taking delivery/setup of the vehicle was a mess. Service department act like they never heard of them.
