Appointment made for past two visits. First time vehicle sat outside for 45 minutes before servicing. Last time waited 30 minutes before speaking to service person. I was told total servi First time vehicle sat outside for 45 minutes before servicing. Last time waited 30 minutes before speaking to service person. I was told total service would take 1.5 hours. My vehicle was in and out in 30 minutes for oil change ,rotate tires and recall wire harness. $171.00 . I question if all that work can be done in 30 min. Also my driveway is now covered in oil from messy oil service. Other than warranty work I will be taking my truck elsewhere for service going forward. More

They damaged the new truck I was buying and didn’t even have the decency to advise me before I arrived to pick it up. They then had the audacity to tell me it’s just minor damage and we will send it to the have the decency to advise me before I arrived to pick it up. The parking lot is always jammed. Pray you find a spot and if you do, pray you don’t get your new car scratched.
