Appointment made for past two visits. First time vehicle sat outside for 45 minutes before servicing. Last time waited 30 minutes before speaking to service person. I was told total servi First time vehicle sat outside for 45 minutes before servicing. Last time waited 30 minutes before speaking to service person. I was told total service would take 1.5 hours. My vehicle was in and out in 30 minutes for oil change ,rotate tires and recall wire harness. $171.00 . I question if all that work can be done in 30 min. Also my driveway is now covered in oil from messy oil service. Other than warranty work I will be taking my truck elsewhere for service going forward. More

They damaged the new truck I was buying and didn’t even have the decency to advise me before I arrived to pick it up. The parking lot is always jammed. Pray you find a spot and if you do, pray you don’t get your new car scratched.
