Worst Service Department ever. Service Manager Carl Realica puts parts in your car that you don’t even need. Had my vehicle there 7 times for same problem, then he told me it would cost another 1,065. Realica puts parts in your car that you don’t even need. Had my vehicle there 7 times for same problem, then he told me it would cost another 1,065.00 to fix my vehicle when he had already charged me for a 500.00 for a part I didn’t need (he refunded me the $500.00 but when I asked him if I spend another 1,065.00 if he could assure me this would fix my vehicle he said he couldn’t be sure, I would have to keep spending money until they figured out what was wrong. No thank you I will take to a reputable Service Center that knows what their doing More

Melanie that works at the Service Department provides hands down the best customer service y I don't usually leave reviews but in this case I had to. Melanie that works at the Service Department provides hands down the best customer service you can get. She kept me up to date on all the things that they were going to fix on my car and explained in great detail why. She is so knowledgable of the parts of the car and how they work and why they break. I felt so comfortable that my car was getting what needed to be fixed and not getting ripped off. And she ensured we would get the best possible deal and shopped around for parts where she knew they would be cheaper and save us some money. So shout out to Melanie and the service team as the car now feels like a new car again. Would definitely go back there for our next service. Thanks. More

She is the best! Evelyn is the best! I went there to have my tires changed, have my remote starter installed and to get my mats. Eventhough it's not her department any Evelyn is the best! I went there to have my tires changed, have my remote starter installed and to get my mats. Eventhough it's not her department anymore, but since she took care of me when I bought my car, she still made sure that everything has been taken care of. She also gave me an assurance that they will help me whenever I need them, which is a big factor because I am a new driver and I am also new to cars. I am a very satisfied and happy camper and will definitely recommend Evelyn and Mcphillips Nissan. Thank you so much! More

Positive experience I was driving my Nissan Juke and an indicator came on to check my tire pressure. I was in the area and drove to McPhillips Nissan. I did not call or h I was driving my Nissan Juke and an indicator came on to check my tire pressure. I was in the area and drove to McPhillips Nissan. I did not call or have an appointment. Faith Steliga is the service representative who looked after me. She immediately checked the air on all the tires and noticed a screw had partiiembedded into a tire. She advised it could be fixed and would cost $29.00 to fix the tire. All the technicians were at lunch, but she said it would be looked at as soon as lunch was done. The waiting room had free WiFi, coffee, juice, etc. Faith came to tell me car was ready- turned out the screw was removed- but no damage, and all the tires had air put in to bring them to the correct level. And no charge! They could have told me anything- so I really appreciated this and was impressed. Faith was very courteous and professional throughout the process and kept me advised. I would not hesitate to return. More
