He listened to what my mother was looking for , found a few options. Let us go for a test drive , explained the vehicle thoroughly , answered all our questions. We were so well informed and felt comfortable with him and his knowledge of the vehicle , my mother bought the car. The customer service from Wei continued even after we picked up the car and brought it home. He called my mother to see how everything was and encouraged her to call anytime if see had any more questions or concerns. Gary De Pape has been my contact for sales for all three of my Enclaves and he has gone beyond what would normally be expected of a sales consultant by a large measure. It is because of Gary and the exceptional service I have received from McNaught over the last five years, that I continue to come back to buy a vehicle, and frankly I do not consider anyone else.
