Phenomenal Experience - Before & After Purchase I recently upgraded to a 2014 GMC Sierra at McNaught Cadillac Buick GMC located in the Waverley Automall and could not have been more impressed with m I recently upgraded to a 2014 GMC Sierra at McNaught Cadillac Buick GMC located in the Waverley Automall and could not have been more impressed with my sales consultant - Leighton Powell. He went above and beyond what I've come to expect from a car dealership. From my first communication with him (requesting a car proof sheet), Leighton always responded quickly and professionally with a lot of detail. Working with other dealerships in the past it was always a struggle to get more than a couple of sentences out of a sales person when I inquired about a vehicle so Leighton's timely detailed responses were a welcomed change. His thorough approach and consideration of all variables made this purchase extremely easy and seamless for me. The laid back, no pressure environment created a refreshing buying experience for sure. I know Claude was working hard behind the scenes to accomodate me in every way possible so I can't leave him out of this review. I'd like to thank both Leighton and Claude for taking care of all the details and making this buying experience so much better than many of my previous vehicle purchases. If any of you are looking for a solid, upfront, friendly, and professional sales consultant I would recommend Leighton, 100%. Don't let the tattoos and spacer earings fool you! He even carefully explained financing options that allowed us to get more vehicle for less money. Wayne Kohler was very pleasant and professional when we discussed our financing and Roxanne Hiebert was helpful and accommodating when service for our new vehicle was required. The service we received from Gary De Pape and the other McNaught employees was exponentially more personal that we've found elsewhere. We didn't feel pressured or like just another "sale" to mark on the sales board. McNaught doesn't need to spend big money on advertising since it's easy to see that the majority of their business comes from word of mouth and the return of satisfied customers. We definitely recommend them to anyone we know looking for a vehicle! More

Mcnaught went out of their way I purchased a used vehicle from Mcnaught and had an issue with the heated seats not working. This vehicle was not their make and they conceded they would not have the needed schematics to service the defect. They made arrangements for me to take it to the appropriate Dealer (that carried my type of vehicle) and took care of the entire invoice including a rental car for 2 days. This was a very expensive outsource for them but they did right by me without any cost or protest. Mcnaught went out of their way to make this purchase a positive one for me and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reputable dealer that has integrity - a hard thing to find these days.
