From the prompt initial email reply I got from Leighton, to the delivery of my new truck, everything was taken care of much better than I expected. Leighton and all of the staff there went over and above everything that I would have expected from a car dealership. They needed my trade in vehicle right away, and the Escalade wasn't going to be in for a few weeks, so they made sure to set me up with some very nice loaner vehicles in the meantime. I've dealt with many car dealerships in the city, but McNaught really impressed me with their extremely high level of service. Leighton was awesome in getting back to me quickly via email or text, and he always made sure I was taken care of. I didn't really need to be 'sold' on my vehicle choice, because I knew what I wanted before i even walked in the door, but Leighton made me feel very happy that I bought it with him, and was very helpful in explaining how to get the most out of the vehicle. It's hard to put everything into words, but if you are looking for a vehicle, you will not be disappointed with the level of service you'll get with McNaught.
