Having never owned a GMC truck, it was a great experience to purchase our very first through McNaught. Our friendly sales gentleman was Jozef Malinski. He was not pushy but very persistent in meeting all of our requirements and wishes. His professionalism matched up very well with our high expectations!! Great Job Sir Joe!! Once we agreed on the truck we were then introduced to Sales Manager Alfred Wiebe. Alfred was very aggressive in putting the right numbers together to make this deal happen along with offering the appropriate programs and warranty to meet our needs. Claude Manaigre presented a very fair trade value for our Ford and did his homework to offer us the best price. Once Alfred and Joe ensured all accessories were added and we were happy, they directed us off to Finance Manager Wayne Kohler to complete all the paperwork. Wayne was very accommodating and offered many great savings and extras. Upon delivery Joe ensured that we were aware of all the features in our new truck. Overall this was an absolutely wonderful experience and the McNaught Team kept our/my interest until the final bell. Fast, efficient, and painless buying experience. When we entered the dealership we were greeted promptly by Geoff Banjavich(sales rep), he asked us a few questions with regard to the type of vehicle When we entered the dealership we were greeted promptly by Geoff Banjavich(sales rep), he asked us a few questions with regard to the type of vehicle we might be interested in. My wife had several features that were a must on any vehicle we might consider buying, Geoff asked what these features would need be, and an approximit price range and to check back with him in 30 min.; as we had some erands to run. When we checked back later Geoff greeted us once more and said he'd found a few options for us to look at, all of which had the desired features. We picked the first one he showed us, after a test drive and explanation of all the SUV (Buick Enclave) had to offer, we only had to meet with Wayne in Finance to figure out a payment option and extended warrenty package which would suit us best.
