Chevy Equinox My vehicle purchase was about 4 months ago. At first I was not in the market to shop, but got a call from Dawson and he suggested that I come in and My vehicle purchase was about 4 months ago. At first I was not in the market to shop, but got a call from Dawson and he suggested that I come in and take a look at what he had for sale. Once I was able to review some options with my wife, Dawson was very helpful is getting us time to test drive the cars. In the end we decided to purchase a 2010 Chevy Equinox. This car was an upgrade from our previous car and we enjoy driving it everyday. Dawson contacted us regularly to see how we felt about our purchase and if we were completely satisfied. Prior to us picking up the vehicle the sales team repaired a few items that we had noted while we had the car for a test drive. This was taken care of by Claude and Glen. Both ensured the items we noted were dealt with right away and we didn't have to wait long for the correction. The communication was great and I appreciated them letting me know what was happening even though the deal wasn't 100% complete. My only issue during this process was when we came to settle on the final price with the sales team and secure financing the math used during the negotiations didn't add up to what the final price was once we discussed with the finance group. Details were ironed out and we ended up getting the vehicle and are still pleased we did. Update: We have had to bring the car in now for some substantial repairs and Dawson will be reviewing to see what the sales team can do for me to help lower the cost of repairs. More
