Absolutely wonderful, professional experience! My wife was looking for a new vehicle. We test drove a 2016 Buick Verano and it was great but had 33K kilometers on it. We checked the web and found t My wife was looking for a new vehicle. We test drove a 2016 Buick Verano and it was great but had 33K kilometers on it. We checked the web and found that McNaught Buick Cadillac had several 2016 and 2017 Verano's in stock. I called the dealership, narrowed my choice to 3 vehicles and showed up about 2 hours later. The Sales Consultant, Eric Remillard, had all three vehicles parked in front of the showroom and had a best price worked out for each vehicle. To my absolute surprize we got a Wal-Mart Canada employee discount (dealer invoice price) and additional discounts for owning other GM vehicles and for a Scotiabank Visa card. Eric and Wayne Kohler were fantastic in handling the sale and transfer of the vehicle; we were in the dealership less than 1-1/2 hours TOTAL time! Eric then spent about 45 minutes in the new Verano with my wife to explain all the features, configure her phone, download the MyBuick App and ensure she was comfortable with all the features in the vehicle. Great! We just went to look and ended up trading in our 2011 Terrain for a 2017 Terrain Denali. Our sales person, Wei, was very knowledgeable and helpful. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Booked my truck for service & oil change! Oil change was not done. Spoke to Gord McNaught and have NEVER been spoken to in such a condescending manor! How this person is the face of the dealership is beyond me! He was so incredibly rude and ignorant it was unbelievable. We have brought our two vehicles there for service as its close to home and there has been a problem every time! They out right admitted to forgetting about us the one time ( took our car on the weekend for a recall, didn't hear back for 3 days, when I called they said " Oh I guess we forgot about you. We will look at it when we get time.)No apology from the service advisor or anything. How is that customer service?? Never in a million years would I recommend this dealer ship to anyone unless you want to be treated like crap by Gord McNaught!!!! More
