No body is maintaining this site, things are worse! Very good at padding the bill for small things, like washer fluid shop supplies, environmental, shop misc. Not so good at determining faults Very good at padding the bill for small things, like washer fluid shop supplies, environmental, shop misc. Not so good at determining faults or recognizing when brakes are worn to the steel backer. Cant find holes in exhaust system too well without selling manifold studs and gaskets, can't see much reason to replace screws and push pins on inner fenders after replacing studs and gaskets. Very dealership installed, dealer installed skid plates on dodge ram, after exaust work skid plate absent, when originally fitted the bolts didn't line up with holes, so the plate was troublesome, too troublesome later, left on shop floor then the scrap bin. Can't secure tailpipes to mufflers real good, can't recognize when a tailpipe hanging straight down might be troublesome, when brought to attention, supposed remedy yields no result and tailpipe falls off in 40 km. Does nobody know how to use an exaust pipe expander to make a new solid connection? Its a cheap tool, it's a shop! Can test and test defective battery on warranty until owner is off warranty and has to buy battery and change very expensive starting motor prematurely. Can't determine defective bearing from defective shiny new front brake rotors real good either, tossing hundreds of dollars of owners parts in the scrap, no one can use a dial indicator on rotor to determine warped or not? Again it's, a.cheap tool, it's a shop! why charge misc if it's not to maintain tools? Can't reset the steering reference after changing rack and pinion real good either so you can't see high beam indicator driving straight down the road, spoke in the way, you have to back out of the shop, you test drive, you can't find it awkward to not see the instrument cluster?. The only thing you could say is the dealership in Kenora is worse. The vehicles drive easy, easy on gas, but, fixing, very very challenging! Too many return trips! More
Excellent to deal with I have purchased a number of vehicles here...I have always been satisfied with my deals and can't say enough good about the service tha I have receive I have purchased a number of vehicles here...I have always been satisfied with my deals and can't say enough good about the service tha I have received. Both the Service Manager Larry and the Service Advisor Heather have always treated me very well and have resolved any issues I had quickly and have always lived with their estimates. I don't understand the negative reviews other than to say I guess "you can't please everybody" no matter what you do. Great dealer, great staff...highly recommend! More
Very bad service! Would not recommend! I have took my vehicle here numerous times, it's the only dealership near us to deal with our dodge issues and I would NOT recommend taking your vehic I have took my vehicle here numerous times, it's the only dealership near us to deal with our dodge issues and I would NOT recommend taking your vehicle here, Larry is very unprofessional and mechanics inexperienced. I waited a month to for a error Larry did to my truck that was stupid and had to argue for them to fix for free. They waited for warranties to end before noticing a lot of problems with my truck so they could charge a unbelievable price compared to other shops. This place is a rip off! Do not buy a vehicle here! Dryden should be ashamed to have a dealership like this. More
Brutal customer service. Larry is a absolute moron, service manager, to deal with. I have brought my truck to them several times and have never had it fixed customer service. Larry is a absolute moron, service manager, to deal with. I have brought my truck to them several times and have never had it fixed on the first time, let alone the second or third times. The salesmen are friendly enough but they seem as though they would sell their souls to the devil to make a deal. The motto is "where the service of excellence continues" and it is crap. Don't buy or have your vehicle service there under any circumstance. After 2 years of ownership of a Ram I have given up and bought another truck. More
"Repair" yeah right! The whole point of fixing something is to make it work better, not worse. We got Jeep througj another dealer, but had to take it here because the engine blew at 55k under warranty. Took them two months to fix (the best part of summer, of course). We are still finding stuff that was brokenby them; the heat shield is broken, wires werent secured, nuts amd bolts were loosely hand-tightened.. xxxx thing is still broken (no longer under warranty, of course). Disgusting. We love Jeeps but will never buy one again so long as we live here and have to deal with these xxxxxxx. More
