When I was ready to try to purchase a used vehicle, I made a reasonable offer on the used vehicle, and he turned and became extremely upset. He started raising his voice at me and did not even want to take my offer to the Sales Manager. Completely rude and unprofessional. You lost a potential repeat customer. I will never visit your dealership again and neither will anyone else I know. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to deal with Mcgee or Greg for that matter. More

this was strictly a oil change my first experience was a oil change, when l picked up my truck the service manager asked me if l knew that a bulb was burned out l said no he said we my first experience was a oil change, when l picked up my truck the service manager asked me if l knew that a bulb was burned out l said no he said we replaced it and only charged me for the bulb. this happened to me in Kitchener and they charged me for almost a full hour of labor.
