I recently purchased a new Buick from Tailor and had an exceptional experience. It was my first time buying a vehicle and I was by myself but all of the staff made me feel very comfortable. The turnover was very quick and on delivery day everything went very smoothly. All promises that were made were followed through. My mats weren't in but Parts called the next morning and delivered them to me in Belleville which was greatly appreciated. Looking forward to servicing my vehicle at McCurdy's. More

My experience was with Kevin from sales who was professional and helpful with information I needed on Chevrolet\GMC trucks. I received a fair value for my trade and purchased a 2023 truck, which th professional and helpful with information I needed on Chevrolet\GMC trucks. I received a fair value for my trade and purchased a 2023 truck, which the dealership stayed late and accommodated my family to complete the deal. There was also a noticeable collaborative effort from Lori who stayed late and assisted through text and phone which made the deal smooth. Jackie was very helpful with the onboarding of the truck and any questions I had. Overall the team valued my business and I will would recommend these folks. More
Went to change summer tires for my stored winter tires (all on rims.) Since the summer tires were wearing out I asked them to discard them instead of storing them again. THEY CHARGED ME $225.72. I will never deal with them again and will NOT Recommend THEM TO ANYONE ESE. When I went to their web site a live chat pop up appeared. Explained to a Gary and he said he would inform the service department. Received a computer generated e-mail stating that someone would get in touch with me. No-one ever did. I sent them an e-mail a couple of weeks later but again, no response. A few weeks later they called me to remind me about my car needing an oil change. I complained about the previous bill and he said he would notify the service department to contact me. They never did. I feel that I have been gauged an will never deal with them again. More
Decent sales staff but service is horrible. Purchased a new car there. The purchase was a good experience but thats where it ends. Every visit there for service that required anything beyond an oil change was horrible. We purchased the multi point inspection as advised. The inspection was not performed. The inspection report was filled out but very little if anything was done to the vehicle. Tech stated that air pressure in the spare had been adjusted yet the car does not even have a spare tire. Tech would have known that had he even lifted the trunk mat yet it was undisturbed. Tires had not been rotated as had been indicated by the inspection. A second trip to the service department was required just to actually get the service that had been paid for. Car was later taken in for a brake issue. I was charged for a brake inspection and assured the car was perfectly ok to drive but the rear brakes should be replaced in the near future. Upon looking at the car before taking it, it was noticed that nothing had been removed to perform the inspection. A quick drive around the parking lot also revealed the brake was still siezed just as it was that required it to be brought in initially. Far from perfectly ok to drive as I had been assured. I will not take my car there for any repairs at this point and I will never advise anyone else to do the same. Maybe someone that purchases several vehicles or a top of the line vehicle will receive better service. More

crappy quickly i made a deal then i mention my trade and now they back out of deal a few days before Christmas 1stly you know they are going to stiff you on quickly i made a deal then i mention my trade and now they back out of deal a few days before Christmas 1stly you know they are going to stiff you on trade in value ....oh well we all know that and who doesn't know the Canadian $ is low so if you don't know you do ,now a wholesaler buys your car and moves it over the border even if it sells at what he paid dealer for your car he makes a minimum of 30% + can sell for the 50% the dealer stiffed you WOW am I in the wrong business !!! but hey back to mcurdy I just knew it was to good to be true a good deal got excited and you figure just to get the car off the lot that has been sitting there for almost a year they would have stuck to the deal but no just need to be a car salesman stiff you on value of car lie to you and of course disappoint you fine thou lots of cars around I am sure a few days before Christmas somebody wants to sell me a car More
