Good upfront service department, horrible mechanics. I have given the mechanics several opportunities to prove themselves, for I have taken my truck there for over a year. 1:) bottom of drivers door I have given the mechanics several opportunities to prove themselves, for I have taken my truck there for over a year. 1:) bottom of drivers door in winter Jan/15 was scratching due to the door not being set properly, mechanic said it was mud in the area and now in fall sept/15 the hinge is done and bent and my door and rocker is scratched to xxxx. Brought to the dealerships attention and they have already relieved the mechanic and nothing to help with my door except for me to pay for the repairs and they do them. (Yeah right). 2:) Have a aftermarket air intake and when checking the filter during routine oil change, when they reinstalled it, they bent it all up and wrecked the filter. 3:) most recently went for a oil change and my coolent level was low, asked to be topped up and the next day when driving the low level came on again. Note: no antifreeze leaking any where. 4:) had to get my brakes checked for there was a leak, they replaced the whole control module for the brakes, drove back to work and lost my brakes due to a massive leak where they replaced the part, had to add brake fluid daily to keep brakes for 2 weeks and turned out to be they didn't tighten a fitting ??. I got to say the staff up front is amazing and always willing to accomadate but tge quality of work has been getting worse and worse. Pay attention to the work they do is all I can say. More

Unbelievable service On June 20 2014 I needed some work on my truck (drivers side cv shaft)stopped in at Melfort GMC dealer to get it fixed but they said that they are not On June 20 2014 I needed some work on my truck (drivers side cv shaft)stopped in at Melfort GMC dealer to get it fixed but they said that they are not able to do it for 2 to 3 weeks so i called Tisdale GMC dealer where i bought the truck and there answer was the same. Its a cv shaft and its under warranty I have had this truck to both of these dealers and at this point I will not ever be back to either of them. I was on my way to work in Camrose Alberta and called Mcclellan Wheaton in camrose when I was standing at the dealer in Melfort and Cris Howard the service manager at Wheatons in Camrose Alta and he told me if i was there by after lunch he could get me in and fixed up. So off i went to Camrose 650 km from my town Chris Howard not only got me in ,there team of people found that i also needed both front wheel bearing. now I"m really not sure of the service in Sask.Thanks to Chris Howard and the team for getting it right the first time I will go back there More

Good Deal We were driving around looking for a new Ford truck and decided to drive by this dealership. We found a Ford truck with all the features we were looking for unexpectedly. Salesperson Brian came out and we inquired as to the price thinking it would be out of our reach. We could not believe the price he quoted for the features and mileage on vehicle. We were able to go for a test drive and really liked truck. Put in an offer on truck. Not certain we would have our offer accepted we looked on the internet and in surrounding towns at other Fords for the rest of the day and could not find one with the features and mileage of this one for even close to the price. Levi provided financing to allow us to have the truck within a day and even set up insurance for truck with our insurance company. Troy was there when we picked up the truck to put the license plate on for us and send us on our way. Thank-you all of you for the experience, Danny and Cheryl Day More
