Very poor customer service inparts department I went to the local dealer to inquire about putting a trailer hitch on my vehicle. I have for the most part owned dodge products for the last 18 years I went to the local dealer to inquire about putting a trailer hitch on my vehicle. I have for the most part owned dodge products for the last 18 years. The parts counter acknowledged me, stated be there in a minute. Poor attitude by the parts person was noticed by me. I stood there for about fifteen minutes while the service person continued to do the same to others that called by phone. This person has no idea about customer service and seems irritated by having to deal with customers. More

Service really "SUCKS" and workmanship. This place shouldn't even get one STAR... The service guy is very miserble and you can tell he hates his job !!! I though I would give them the business because they are such a small dealer ship guess that was a mistake !!!!Took my daughters Jeep to get a side mirror Replaced they did that not sure if it works yet ???then she had a rattle in the door that never got fixed even after the second time being there????? the back glass of the sun roof was leaking so they ordered a new window and replaced it. they couldn't have done a water test because water was pouring in yesterday Oct 28,2016 during a rain storm, the back seats and floor are soaking wet, water was coming through the seat belt straps above the back doors what a joke,I ran my garden hose on it today Oct 29,2016 just to see were the water was coming in and you can see it dripping in at three corners???? Tires on a Dodge Ram 2016,,,, MY Dodge Ram 2016, had a flat tire., understandable, I was told , the tire was not to be repaired to much damage! I have to buy 4 new tires, because MY Dodge Ram 2016, had a flat tire., understandable, I was told , the tire was not to be repaired to much damage! I have to buy 4 new tires, because after 11,000km my tires had to much mileage and were down to 12.32 sec and to replace the tire would be hard on my 4x 4 because a regular new tire is at 16.32sec??? What is the problem here? I was sold a new truck with recycled tires or I was sold crap? Mazzuka motors Capreol, told me a new tire to match is $378.00 plus tax. After going to several dealerships the Jeep Wrangler made it on to the short list. But after 2 visits to Mike Doyle's Dealership we decided we did not want to deal with them (offered less on trade in than ot it on to the short list. But after 2 visits to Mike Doyle's Dealership we decided we did not want to deal with them (offered less on trade in than other dealerships in town and pushes cars in stock- unwilling to find/order in anything else) So we drove out to Capreol and met with PAUL SOUCIE who was determined to find us the exact vehicle we wanted and offered to order it in. He was nice and up front with us. Even if I don't buy the Wrangler I will be sure to refer anyone I know considering Dodge/Ram/Jeep to go to Mazzuca. More
