I had previously gone into many other dealers (Mazda and other makes) bc of referrals and the sales reps at the other dealers didn't know their products and never bothered replying to my inquiries when I co other makes) bc of referrals and the sales reps at the other dealers didn't know their products and never bothered replying to my inquiries when I contacted them. I decided to call Mazda Richmond Hill and they provided answers right away so I decided to go in for test drive and ended up buying the car on same day. My sales rep Ricardo P was the one who answered my questions over the phone. At the time, not knowing we were his expecting clients over the phone, he was still willing to see if anybody needed help when we walked in. I said we were looking for a person named Ricardo and he replied, "that's me!" with a great smile. (I was a bit nervous going in bc my previous experience with other dealers were so awful and I had no idea how this place was going to be) Ricardo ended up to be very knowledgeable and professional with the products as we were comparing a few models at the time and really understood all our needs. He was extremely patient and gave us all the time we needed to make our decisions. He gave us good advice when we weren't sure of something. He also replies within a very reasonable amount of time when I had concerns later on. I know at this crazy time there wasn't much of any discounts but for me, the whole purchasing experience made me feel even though there were next to nothing, it was still worth it since we had a very great sales rep who took really good care of us as a whole family. I had been persuading my friends who are also looking to buy cars to go to him since he's really great. They found us a car right away and within a few weeks we took delivery. Ben, our F&I was also very friendly and professional and very patient. An excellent experience overall and I finally got the car I needed after all this searching! More
