So much knowledge... not just a sale I walked into Mazda and walked around, passing several sales people and as I was about to walk out, Dilan asked if I needed any help. Dilan was very honest, respectful and trust worthy. I was trading in my car for a new family car with a few bells and whistles I was not familiar with. He sat with me and explained each feature. He also shared the safety features such as the crash test ratings. I think I said " yes I want to buy this car" twice before we actually started paper work. I didn't feel pressured and in fact I still felt like I was in charge of my car buying process. Worst service department I went there for my car service. I explained them about a noise from front tire ( grinding noise). They could not even find a problem. Still after 5 months of continuous complaints, those bunch of idiots can not find a problem of where the noise is coming from. Please do not go there for any service. More
