Dishonest Service Department Took my 2016 Mazda 3 in to get it serviced as the radio/infotainment centre wasn't working. Service department removed a fuse from my fuse box and tol Took my 2016 Mazda 3 in to get it serviced as the radio/infotainment centre wasn't working. Service department removed a fuse from my fuse box and told me I needed to pay $1300 to replace a part and get everything fixed. After weeks and weeks of researching and looking over my car again, I noticed there was one fuse missing. I plugged in a spare one (that comes attached in the lid of the fuse box) and voila, the radio/infotainment centre started working again. The service techs, service staff, and even the manager are incredibly dishonest folks!! More

After the test drive I was basically bsold on the vehicle, but had an odd request to test the car to ensure it fit in my rather right garage.
