Rip Off and Worst service and no knowledge Over the phone service coordinator Anita given me the price $79 for flashing the transmission oil and $225 for change of front break routers for my Ma Over the phone service coordinator Anita given me the price $79 for flashing the transmission oil and $225 for change of front break routers for my Mazda 6 after i get to service Mazda service center there was another service coordinator Bruce this guy given me the same price after 2 hours Bruce come and said there is special kind of transmission oil you pay $ 119 and for the front break routers you pay $225 plus add the cost of spring $60 i took day off from my work and travel to this Mazda Brampton i have only two options accept this price or go to the other dealer and spend another day to fix my car break so i paid extra $ 100. i spoke about this issue to the service manage Vanessa she did not listen. This Mazda Brampton service center is rip off the customers and they don't have knowledge the cost of replace the transmission oil and break router so stay away More

Now the real highlight of buying a Mazda, Ryan Segal in the sales department. He is the most helpful person I have encountered at any car dealership. Ryan is honest, polite, and very knowledgeable. Based on the information he provided, he truly does his thorough research on cars. He answered all my questions and of course got me a great deal. Hopefully he’s still at this location when I do another trade-in in the near future. Keep up the good work Ryan, you are an excellent sales rep. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you. The service standard of SIMRAN AND CURTIS was exceptional.. they helped me through out the process like a brother .. Simran and Curtis never got mad at me on my stupid questions and they had answers and suggestions for everything.. if u like to get into a MaZda.. go to the best dealer in the GTA( Mazda of BRampton) and the best sales man in the city ( SIMRAN) and finalize the deal with the best manger in town (Curtis) Thanks guys More
Useless warranty? Last Friday (August 5), for the third time i brought my wife's 2014 Mazda 5 because the left sliding door makes clunking noise when closing and when v Last Friday (August 5), for the third time i brought my wife's 2014 Mazda 5 because the left sliding door makes clunking noise when closing and when vehicle is running. The first two visits, i was told 'they' didn't hear any so for the nth time i ask the service advisor to walk with me to the car to let him hear about that 'annoying sound' and he heard it. To make it short, the car was checked and i was told that the 'door is working within manufacturing specifications'. Bummer! How could that be when there's a clunking sound when you close your car's sliding door and when you're driving????? That's not normal! Hello? Is it because its under warranty and they will not be paid for the work they'll do. Just to remind you, we PAID for that WARRANTY. More

I actually went into the dealership after 7 pm o And that's thanks to a very personable, trustworthy and no-pressure sales agent, Goran Gligorovic. I actually went into the dealership after 7 pm on a Friday about a month ago just to look at--maybe test drive--a Mazda 3. A friend knew someone in the used car business who was headed off to an auction shortly and he quoted me a price for a used (returned-lease) 2016 Mazda 3 which I intended to go for. When I phoned Mazda of Brampton about a test drive, I got another salesman who said he could get me into a new one for the same price. It is my great good fortune that he was busy when I got there and I worked with Goran instead. He actually proved to me his trustworthiness by frowning, when I quoted him what his colleague had said about price, and said he wasn't sure how the other agent was going to accomplish that. That's okay, I still have the used deal, I told him. He responded, "Give me a chance to make it work." And he did! New car for the black book price quoted me elsewhere for a used! He stepped up on my behalf in so many ways over the time of my interaction with him: intervening with both the manager and business manager about what I would call typical car dealership pressure and exaggerations, getting me a deal on a couple of add-ons I wanted; waiting so patiently and supportively while I dealt with a problem at my bank on the phone. Goran takes pride in putting the right person with the right car. He is natural, open, easy to talk to, charming (but not in an unctuous way--not a 'sales' guy), and takes pleasure both in the product he represents and in customer satisfaction. There was a TA-DA moment when he took me out to the lot on the day I picked it up. I swear he was as happy at that moment as I was. I had my Acura RSX 13 years and I know that was in part because I dreaded the 'sales pressure' I had expected when I finally had to approach a dealership. I wanted to go in with a phalanx of friends to help me out. If all sales reps were like Goran, that fear would be misguided. I still can't believe that I, a single, retired teacher, bought a car all by myself. Well, actually, only because of the kind of person Goran Gligorovic is. A person of quality. A class act. Thanks so much, Goran. More
