I got my 2016 CX5 CPO car just 4 mos ago and the wheelbearing is gone already because the front wheel was impacted before i even got the car.. The sales department denied it so i have to pay to replaced it ... So sad for a LOYAL customer that i had to experience this kind of situation. This is my second car from them but trusting is not worth it! So lesson learned from me! DON'T just trust what they say, you have to check everything! Learn from my mistake guys! I'am very frustrated and disappointed! More

Do Not go there: rip off, unknowledgeable, wrong diagnostic Good morning, In December 2016, I brought my car in because an indicator for the engine lid on the dashboard of my Mazda 3. I was told some coils h Good morning, In December 2016, I brought my car in because an indicator for the engine lid on the dashboard of my Mazda 3. I was told some coils had to be replaced t correct the problem. I go home after paying over 1000$. Then, the next day the same indicator come on again. So, the problem had not been fixed. I bring the car in again and Patrick, the agent who helped me, says they discovered that an internal program in the car due for updating. My biggest concern is that no specific explanation was given. If they discovered on my second visit that a program had to be updated, then why did they keep the money for the first work they did on the car? Also, should I not have received a notification about this update and avoid the whole problem? I most probably ended up paying for an inexisting problem. I feel ripped off. Patrick was supposed to call to follow up. His colleague left him a note. He never called us back. This is the second incident in one year. I am guessing they are trying to take advantage of people who put all their trust in their expertise. That is what I do because I have very limited knowledge of cars.
