Very Satisfied Customer I bought a used CX-7 from them last September. The used car manager Lilo was very professional and pleasant. He answered all my questions and explaine I bought a used CX-7 from them last September. The used car manager Lilo was very professional and pleasant. He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Their financial manager Carine also helped me get a very good car loan and insurance. Then in the last month, I had several correspondence with their parts manager Mario by email. I had a lot of questions about availability, options, price, etc... and Mario patiently answered me. He also responds very quickly. Finally, I just came from having my winter tires installed by their service department today. I brought my own set of used tires. After installation, their service adviser Habib told me that the used tires I brought were not very safe anymore for winter driving and so he had a different set installed... also used but in much better condition. And he did not charge me anything for them! Honestly, I hesitated doing business with dealers because of the different "horror" stories I read about them online. They are the first dealership I've dealt with, and so far I am very satisfied and happy with their service. I totally agree with the 5-star rating everybody here is giving them! More power and keep up the good track record, Mazda Gabriel St Laurent! More
