Their technician said the car is not safe to drive long distance. They gave me a cx5 (downgraded) only for 3 days. I told them I don’t feel my car is safe or what if an emergency long distance happen. They told me we cant provide a car anyways. For a luxury car like CX9 I expected a luxury service. This is very disappointing and I don’t recommend the dealership to anyone. The sale department is even worst. It took 2 weeks to transfer the lease of my car to someone else. They sold me the car in an instant but for transferring it took that long time. More
