I picked up my 2015 mazda3 GS, thursday evening before the holidays , next morning I noticed a chip in the windshield. Very bad general manager lacks the basic moral sence!!!! I visited the dealer for a used car 2009, the sales man let me tried a same mark car 2012 in the dark evening, I made the inspection and get good res I visited the dealer for a used car 2009, the sales man let me tried a same mark car 2012 in the dark evening, I made the inspection and get good result only with requirement to change the 75% used winter tires and require to deal the problem of TPMS lights, I was told that the car will be perfectly to sell, 2 weeks after I got the car without other inspection and 3 days after I called them for the shake problem,1o days later I drove it in high way in snow day and discover the car has no way to stop on high way in snow day and lost control 3 time finally made a accident, I called them to repair the problem within the 1700KM /one month guaranty of mechanical problem and the general manger stop the sales man and the machanician to talk with me and help me, he just refused to do any thing without any reason even I just asked to check the balance of tires problem, when I was too sad and tearing, the general manager told people call the guard to push me out of the dealer room in cold winter. the 2 accidents same day total cost about 3600$ and finally another garage told me the winter tires are not right size for the car and too old, a wheel was out of shape, the balance was very bad too. I Hope the company can change the general manger whom totally lacks the basic moral sense for clients safety responsibility because those of person will break down the moral standard of car business and made the employees loss their basic moral sense too!! I would like to talk with the company president or write him an complain Email about his hidden management troubles. Just please think about the United Airlines bad service event in those days. More
