Motor blew in my 2017 Tucson with only 80,000km on it. Brought it to the dealership to find that there was a recall in 2021 that I was not aware of. It took over 10 days for them to look at the vehicle, m Brought it to the dealership to find that there was a recall in 2021 that I was not aware of. It took over 10 days for them to look at the vehicle, made me collect every oil change receipt for them to say I did not maintain my vehicle. after 13 days they submitted their findings to Hyundai Canada, who then denied the recall claim. Shame on you Superior Hyundai and Hyundai Canada. This is a problem caused by your manufacturer on your motor. There was a recall that you will not go good for. After owning 3 Hyundai vehicles, I will never purchase another, nor will I ever recommend a Hyundai vehicle. Not to mention Superior Hundai also attempted to make me purchase 4 new tires for an all wheel drive vehicle I don’t even own. I may be a female but be assured I am not stupid. More

Had my 2014 Crosstrek in for suspension service at Marostica Subaru prior to a long journey planned for this month for specialist healthcare reasons. I have never experienced such satisfaction. The supporting staff was kind, attentive and welcoming. Even the owner took the time to see i was well cared for and doing well. Remarkable. The result was my humble little Subie came out with a treatment suitable for a creation of Ferruccio Lamborghini. The car drove like brand new, as well, i am rejuvenated. I shall never forget the kindness and attention i as afforded this day, and suggest it is not a great car but great after purchase care that makes for lasting satisfaction, and continued loyalty. Two days before leaving on a two week trip, our oil change indicator light came on, and despite being extremely busy - the service department was able to squeeze us in. It was greatly appreciated! Today I stopped at Marostica Subaru as the audio on my radio and navigation system had stopped working. We are in town for medical appointments. Ryan dropped what he was doing (which was a lot), took my radio and navigation system had stopped working. We are in town for medical appointments.
