I purchased a $ 110000 vehicle in 2020 First 10 000 km - my tires developed an irregular wear, at about 25000 km they were making noise and were destroyed - the truck alignment was fine , tested by the dea my tires developed an irregular wear, at about 25000 km they were making noise and were destroyed - the truck alignment was fine , tested by the dealer. The tires were replaced under warranty- I did ask what would happen if this was to happen again and I was told not to worry. The exact same scenario has happened again. I mentioned it when I noticed the problem within 15000 km on the new tires. With 35000 km on the tires they are totally destroyed. I spoke to the sales man and the service manager - and was told to call Ford Canada - I spoke with Ford Canada and was told that the dealer should not be sending me to Ford Canada to resolve this issue. I’d like to mention this is the second high purchase vehicle I have made from the same dealer. The previous vehicle was the same exact truck - I managed to drive up to 100000 km with the same tires and have no issues . The mechanic that has serviced my vehicle has provided all info for my situation and is in full support - though he is limited with policies(dealership lies) In conclusion- my truck has full extended warranty, in prime condition always maintained By the dealer- but chews tires every 20 000 Kilometres and the dealership doesn’t care to help me find out why this is happening. The attitude of the salesmen is - “ sorry bud, can’t help you” There is no accountability from anyone in the dealer( except mechanic) once the purchase is made your on your own mentality. The main issue for me is that the second set of front tires can be replaced - what if I have this issue again? And when I ask this ? Ford and the dealer act as if I’m not making sense. My argument is that the truck is doing this to the tires - the truck has bumper to bumper warranty And therefore should be fixed. Markville and Donway Ford has not honoured their product they sell nor their warranty that Ford offers. For future reference - avoid any communication on the phone if possible , make sure all your communication is via text or email. On another note- I ordered accessories for the same vehicle that was supposed to come when delivered - I was told that due to Covid there was a back order ( very understandable) it’s been 2 years , I mentioned it to the same salesman about these accessories that I already have purchased and he was clueless -forgot ( understandable ) I reminded him 2 weeks ago - he told me that he would look into it- haven’t heard from him. I’ve always been a Ford guy, but I can see how the lack of competence in a dealership can change your opinion on a car manufacturer. I placed the factory order for 2023 Ford Bronco back in September of 2022 and it finally arrived to Markville Ford. However, the sales manager (Leo Liu) changed conditions on purchasing the vehicle by ref September of 2022 and it finally arrived to Markville Ford. However, the sales manager (Leo Liu) changed conditions on purchasing the vehicle by refusing to sell it without $7500 security deposit being held for 6 month with no interest being paid on this amount. Security deposit wasnt mentioned on Bill of sale I have signed when order was placed. I guess this is they way they get their inventory to get people ordering vehicles then slap them with extra $$$ so they walk away then sell the vehicle with mark-up. If you planning to buy a new Ford, order it elsewhere as this place will try to charge you more once your car arrives More

Went in looking for a car with my husband and was quoted one price. When I went in a second time on my own the price magically increased. They totally tried to take advantage of me because I am a woman. B one price. When I went in a second time on my own the price magically increased.
