I live over 3 hrs away from Markham so did a lot of my communicating via e-mail and over the phone. He always made himself available for an questions I had and responded very quickly. He worked endlessly to ensure I was getting the best deal out there and that all the paperwork was in place for when I came down to pick up the car. When I arrived Friday to pick up my new purchase and see it for the first time I was in awe. It exceeded all my expectations and I knew by just talking with Jesse that he would get me everything I was asking for plus some. I was in and out of his office within 10 minutes after doing a thorough run through and signing off all the paperwork. This man is very professional and exceptional at what he does. Jesse had called upon his co-worker John to do the run-through of all the cars features stating “no one could do the job better” and was he ever correct. John didn’t miss a beat. Explaining everything!! John was so charismatic and humorous while explaining everything. Like Jesse, John was very professional and beyond knowledgeable of every feature. Both Darren and Sean have successfully met our requests, requirements and needs when deciding and ordering a vehicle. My lease is coming up for renewal on my Ford Edge (love this car) and it will be nice to continue to do business with these sales reps once again. From start to finish, I felt like I was talking to friends at this dealership - not one question went unanswered by either Damien or Jesse Bruder the finance guy. I'm extremely happy with my new purchase (even if I thought it was black but it's actually blue! haha) and would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Even the Manager Sean came out to speak with me on the lot before I drove away in my new baby. All around friendly and knowledgeable bunch of people. And when you buy a car you get to bang a gong!!!
