I've bought my car on a lease from this dealership, wasn't overly satisfy they seems a little rude. You know the experience when you enter a store and they sales person didn't really wanted to entertain you, but i was really wanting to buy and have the money ... Years later, My lease is ending and their sales team wanted repeat business as they are having their employee event. Apparently the person whom i should have meet was on vacation, and no one cared to follow up to cancel. The front lady randomly ask a manager to help and i told them realistically i just wanted to return my lease, so the manager told me to come back in the month when my lease ends. I wasn't repeat business in their eyes. Hope this helps people. More

dishonest dealers suck Will share my experience of trading in my 2013 Camaro and my 2012 Mazdaspeed for my 2015 Mustang GT, in short avoid Markville (atleast for used cars) Will share my experience of trading in my 2013 Camaro and my 2012 Mazdaspeed for my 2015 Mustang GT, in short avoid Markville (atleast for used cars) 1. I Purchased my car in March 2017 from Markville, it was in an accident but repaired, I was provided invoice for the work performed.. to my surprise when I got the car home I found multiple things related to the accident that were not repaired (one being the hood latch). 2. When I called about the issues above, they werent too helpful even argued with the service manager that just wanted to fix the issue with the hood latch. They wanted me to come in so they can look at it, I live in Cambridge and they did not want to provide a rental and couldnt do it on a weekend... so I took a day off work brought the car in and got a rental. 3. My Mazdaspeed 3 was valued as a Mazda 3 in the paperwork (i signed without reading thoroughly they hid this is smaller print than the rest of the paperwork but its there and I signed so my fault)... but seems dishonest doesnt it? 4. When initially making the deal on the car, I had a payment in mind and a trade in amount wanted for my cars. Paul the salesman called me and said he could get the payment I wanted but did this without getting the trade in amounts wanted. Again dishonest, this got me to drive to Markham from Cambridge so already had time invested in this. 5. When coming to pick up the mustang as well as driving both my cars in (with the help of a friend), Markville was not happy about the rear tires on the Camaro. I advised they were over the wear bars and they were but they wanted another $500 for that before I could drive the mustang home... already my 3rd trip there I was fed up and just wanted this over with so paid and drove home. On the drive after the first drive cycle completed... a check engine light came up for a Cat, repaired under warranty by a local Waterloo dealer but probably cause by the accident. 6. After they fixed the issue in #1,2, they wanted the car picked up asap as I had the rental for over a month so I made arrangements to drive up after work, through toronto rush hour traffic to get to the dealer by 8 as they requested. They were told this and to have my keys/paperwork ready, they didnt and almost told me leave after I got frustrated... at this point one manager actually acknowledged what they did with my Mazda trade and valuing it as a Mazda3 stating oh well you signed. 7. I installed a dashcam for my car is in for warranty work/ work at dealers I dont trust, Markville immediately removed it when the car came in. The only bright point of the dealer is their Finance manager that i dealt with but I think he left as well. I buy new vehicles every year or 2, this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had and has made me realize to avoid the GTA when buying cars, you may pay a little more with small town or smaller city dealers but their honest and know how to talk to and treat customers. Probably missing some info, but you get it... my experience was a nightmare makes me wish I kept me Camaro. More
Fun test drives I'm a repeat customer and I've enjoyed going on test drives and learning about the new features on cars. They have a great service center and shuttle service. I always enjoy my run ins with Sean Riley who looks after the dealership there. We've known each other for several years and he's ready to jump and is vigilant in maintaining a good reputation. More
Deceiving advertisement The sales manager always tries to convince you all the goodies from their dealership, remember most of them are just BS with no evidence. Then when it The sales manager always tries to convince you all the goodies from their dealership, remember most of them are just BS with no evidence. Then when it comes down to pricing, they charge higher than other dealership. I recommend doing some homework before heading there. Ask a few more dealership before seal a deal here. Those should be common sense but someone might forget after hear about their dealership policy such as "price matching" and "lowest guaranteed". Looked good from far.... but far from good! I am not local to the dealership so I worked out a price prior to travelling in for a test drive. Price was worked out based on the car being in immac I am not local to the dealership so I worked out a price prior to travelling in for a test drive. Price was worked out based on the car being in immaculate condition. Took a couple hours off work and traveled in. The car was in poor shape to say the least. 3 rims had curb damage. Rear valance was cracked and not mounted to the vehicle properly. Large hole in inner fender liner when the tire made hard contact and ripped out the clips that keep it in place. After I pointed out all the obvious issues with the vehicle the salesman said sorry to have wasted your time and that he was not aware the vehicle was damaged. One would think you would look over the car before you tell a perspective customer its immaculate. I was not even offered to speak to the general manager who was on-site, a glass of water or to take a seat and discuss. Basically walked to the door and again the sales man said, hey man really sorry, cheers. I spoke with the Principle owner who agreed this is not how customers should be treated. We spoke about refinishing the rims and I was asked to make an offer with the vehicle reconditioning that will take place in mind. Keep in mind the previous owner modified this vehicle (poorly I may add). Gutted the mufflers (no baffles), painted the rear tail lights, added carbon fibre valances (which was damaged and hanging off car) and installed larger aftermarket front brakes. Not sure what else was modified because I never even sat in the car. I made an offer and the principle owner said because it was a fresh lot vehicle (new to the dealership) if it does not sell in a few months and I was still in the market for a vehicle he would entertain the offer. This is when I ended the conversation. I give it 2 stars vs. 1 because next door is a BMW dealership and I had a look at some sexy cars, lol. I must say the car looked good from far.... but far from good! More
Letting me walk out!!! I went into this dealership looking at buying a very high end car!!! I had a trade in that was was worth more than what they offered!! The dealership I went into this dealership looking at buying a very high end car!!! I had a trade in that was was worth more than what they offered!! The dealership was only worried about selling my trade in, rather than selling me a new car off there lot! I have bought a lot of cars in my day and have always been stopped and not allowed to walk out!! This is very disappointing as they advertise that they will beat anyone's price out there and that they care about the customer!! I will now drive out to the west end to find my car at Summit, Erinwood, or Dixie Ford!! I will pay extra just on the principle alone!! Markville Ford should really think about the people that they let walk out! Because if anyone asks me about them and if they are good I will definitely say DO NOT GO THERE!! I actually rate this dealership a ZERO! Default is 1 star... More

George Bournas went out of his way to deal with ME (not my husband) and to find me the car I wanted. George was not pushy in any way and listened to what my requirements were, and he met them. I would most certainly recommend this dealership and would go back to them for another car without hesitation. This really was a great buyer experience. More
