Markham Infiniti - Dishonest sales department Our experience with Markham Infiniti went from good to bad and here is why. We used to have a leased QX50 with a different dealership, as the lease Our experience with Markham Infiniti went from good to bad and here is why. We used to have a leased QX50 with a different dealership, as the lease was nearing its end Markham Infiniti sent us some marketing material. Since our experience with their service department was pleasant in the past few years, we decided to book an appointment with them. The sales rep was aware of the lease and we have asked specifically do we need to pay for anything regarding the lease and he said Markham Infiniti is going to take care of the lease and there will be nothing for us to worry about. He even took the key and inspected the car. We went ahead and purchased a Q50 3.0 with them, the sales process was fine and we got our new car the next week. Unfortunately, our experience went from good to xxxx one month later. A month later, we received a liability statement from Infiniti Financial Service because of some damage and excessive mileage. We reached out to our sales rep immediately and after a week of “I will get back to you” he told us he got fired and could no longer help us with this matter. During that time, we also reach out to Financial Service ourselves and they reduced the amount and extended the grace period. We went through all these by ourselves without any assistance from Markham Infiniti. After the sales rep got fired we reached out to the New Car Sales Manager but we were just being bounced between the dealership and Financial Service. We had no choice but to settle the amount because we didn’t want anything bad happen to our credit score. We felt like we were tricked by Markham Infiniti into buying a car. A business’s integrity can only be truly tested when something bad happen and what we learnt about Markham Infiniti are: 1) They don’t honor the promise made by their sales rep 2) The don’t own up to their mistake 3) They don’t care about customer experience once the sales is made. Markham Infiniti does not deserve a good review and we will not recommend Markham Infiniti to anyone. More

Jessica Prazeres and others in the service department could not have been nicer or more professional...we were in and out in no time and I did not have to sit in the back seat on a 10,000 kilometer road trip.
