Friendly Service Went into Honda as my lease was coming due and was considering buying it out. I wanted to see what all the options were, buying out my current lease vs. getting a new lease - pros and cons of each. The sales person was interested in selling me a new car with monthly payments that were in fact higher than what I was currently paying. Second visit: Jason helped me out and was friendly. We were able to work within my budget. Some miscommunication between my broker and him for arranging insurance, but was sorted. Jason also followed up with Honda Finance as I was getting calls regarding my old lease. More

Maintenance service is good but the sales department needs some improvement such as Sales people should have more knowledge of the cars they are selling as well as the financial aspects involve in selling. Be truthful about the basics qualities and performance of a particular car, instead of "power selling". More
