Honda poor service diagnosis Spend $150 for investigation of the CAC. It ended the diagnosis was wrong or incomplete. If I would have known I have to spend over $1000 for the 2nd Spend $150 for investigation of the CAC. It ended the diagnosis was wrong or incomplete. If I would have known I have to spend over $1000 for the 2nd repair, I would have traded in my car for a new one. This makes me feel if I should trust your service department. I feel really upset. Did Honda ordered more repair than necessary? The 10% discount is just a joke. Anybody can walk in and ask for a 10% discount and you will give it to him.
