We bought a 2021 rav4 from Mark Wilson we are happy with the vehicle but there service was nothing to be happy about they don't repect your time we are busy people they told us the pick would be around 15 m the vehicle but there service was nothing to be happy about they don't repect your time we are busy people they told us the pick would be around 15 minutes it was over an hour because they had go to mto to switch over the plates no went over the car options with my wife so a couple days later she start have a problem with the steering so we came back and the service tech took for a drive and the problem was the lane asset was on and made my wife feel like a dip stick for that and an issue we had was it was advertised with navigation system we tried it on the test drive and it was not working so we were told it would be by the sales person and we also ask in a few emails before pick up it was not done and was in formed we had to go to the toyota dealer to get it done I would really think about coming here to buy a car it seem they just want your money More

I recently purchased a used car from this dealer and the car I purchased had lock nuts on the wheels and NO KEY!! I had to take to a MINI dealer to have them removed. I am extremely disappointed that there was undisclosed damage to the front grill of the car I purchased. Once the car was washed, damage became quite evident that the car had been curbed hard enough to scrape the lower front bumper, damage the undercover (between the engine and the road), break the grill clips and one fog light. I was unfortunately shipped out ( my job) shortly after my purchase and not able to act on the 30 return policy. Also, the policy of charging full price for the extra key ( that likely came to them with the vehicle..) is unheard of and not practiced at any of the dealers that I inquired at. The 2nd key was held hostage and offered for free if I purchased the extended warranty.... buyer beware I also notice they only show 5 star reviews on their own webpage... More

I would strongly recommmend Wilsons and if you can specifically working with Salh who knows a fair amount about EV’s and Tesla’s specifically. We were so happy with our 2022 Model 3 LR purchase that when we seen another opportunity for a 2023 Model Y - we had to make that happen as well. Never before have we purchased two vehicles from the same dealership ! But this time we did - the stars aligned and we are very pleased with our purchase. The pricing was very competitive in the marketplace and we recieved a very fair trade in value for our Kia Niro Hybrid when we traded that in for the Model Y. Cheers More

I called to arrange for the exchange and I must say, the process was incredibly easy. Everyone I dealt with at Wilson's, both during the initial sale and the exchange was helpful and respectful. I will definitely go back when it's time for another car. In fact, when I called my insurance company to make the change, the young lady I spoke with indicated she would be looking for a used car soon.
