Horrible Experience! I purchased an Audi Q7 about year ago and have been happy with my new vehicle but I am disgustingly disappointed with the customer service that has be I purchased an Audi Q7 about year ago and have been happy with my new vehicle but I am disgustingly disappointed with the customer service that has been provided to myself and my family. Upon purchasing my vehicle I was extremely happy and excited as I was expecting my third child and I needed a larger vehicle for our growing family. At the time of my purchase I was promised on the bill of sale that I would be provided a second key, a front plate would be put on my vehicle, a rust spot would be fixed and the vehicle would be detailed. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it wasn't ready. The dealership provided me with a temporary Q7 until my vehicle was ready. After a few days I received a call to pick up my new car! When picking up my new car I noticed nothing was fixed. I did not have a new key, no front plate, I drove off the lot and straight to a gas station because it was empty and it was not detailed. My salesperson assured me that someone was going to call me within a few days to get everything sorted out. I never recieved a call. I did however receive a call explaining that I owe them 400.00 in fines for my new plates. My birthday was 3 days prior to any of this which means that I had already went to the ministry and paid all fines and got my new sticker for my other vehicle so the balance should have been zero. Long story short they paid 400.00 dollars (that I had already paid and had receipts for) and explained that I needed to pay 400 dollars to them and I can argue with the ministry in regards to getting my money back. I don't know how many people have an extra 400 dollars laying around but I sure didn't. I never heard from them again. A year later I called to see what happened and what was going to happen with everything on the bill of sale. I understand a year later is a long wait to call and get something fixed. When I called I spoke with Dave. At first he was nice and listened to everything I had to say I thought he was going to help me. Instead I received a phone call back saying they didn't call me because I owed them 400.00. After a lengthy conversation of being disrespected and talked down to explaining that I should think like an adult and I should know better I agreed to pay the 400 and I would take it up with the ministry for the mistake with the expectation that all the promises on the bill of sale would be completed. I waited for a return phone call. A few hours later I received a phone call from Dave and he explained that he had sat down with the GM and sales manager and they decided that they don't want my 400.00 and they have decided they are not going to do anything for me they will not be fixing anything they will be moving on from this situation. After attempting to speak alittle more about it and explaining that I have 3 kids and had a baby only a few months after purchasing the vehicle and also bought a house within that year, life got alittle busy and yes it took a year for me to call. Dave explained that those were my life choices and I have to deal with what happened I made the choice to have a family and not deal with getting my car fixed. So now I have to suffer. I continued to try and resolve this attempting to explain that the whole reason we purchased this vehicle is because I what was promised. I would never buy a car that has no front plate(its illegal to drive with no front plate) and that has no second key! Once I asked to speak with someone else Dave decided he was done talking and in mid sentence he cut me off with saying "ok Alyissa, I mean Sarah you have yourself a nice day!" and hung up on me. I don't think it is fair o be treated like this and I think that when purchasing a vehicle you should get what you are promised. I am angry and hurt by how I was treated. Now I am going to be paying over 2000 - 3000 to get these things fixed when I was under the assumption that it was going to be done when picking up my new car! I would take the car back if I could. I would also go to the dealership but I have 3 young children and I wouldn't want to be yelled at infront of them. Conrad was my salesperson and he was wonderful ! The day I bought the vehicle I was very happy but once I needed anything else I was nothing and didn't matter anymore. I had already bought the car, so they already had my money. More

I'm not related to anyone there and I buy a car every two to three years so trust me when I say I've been around the block at most dealerships! I will never again deal with a sales person other than Miguel and never another manager other than Scott Wilson! Miguel was absolutely amazing there's no other way to describe him and I almost don't want to say as a "sales person" because as soon as you say that there's usually downside to it! But absolutely none when talking about Miguel, he helped me in so many ways he made the purchase and the trade in 100% amazing!! He went WAY above and WAY beyond the call of duty!! I couldn't say enough and I will be definitely, definitely coming back for my next car purchases for as long as I live in this area! Also Shari in the finance Dept. was Great, she answered My questions and was fast 15 minutes in the finance Dept., as well as Dave Gardiner, I a request and he not only took care of it but He did It with a REAL SMILE....Unbelievable!! So I got on the phone and called the dealer Mark Wilson's I was speaking to a sales person by the name Jaime and I had asked him about the car oh its a 2007 crossfire and I had told him that I really wanted to see and take the car for a test drive I had told him the situation that I was so he went and spoke to his boss and his boss aloud Jaime to take the car home so that way he could stop by and I could see the car and I bought the car on the spot in all the years that I have purchased cars I have never been so happy with all of the service's a dealership has to offer I would like to thank all of the people at Mark Wilson's to making my experience one to remember More
My First Car! Awesome Experience! I've always wanted a Jeep Rubicon. I looked online and found the one I wanted at Wilson's. It was priced right so my mom and I took a drive up to Gu I've always wanted a Jeep Rubicon. I looked online and found the one I wanted at Wilson's. It was priced right so my mom and I took a drive up to Guelph from Niagara-on-the-Lake to check it out. That's when we met Conrad. He was great! I had a great first experience buying a vehicle. His service was excellent and detailed and made us feel right at home. The overall service experience to have the jeep ready for me was incredible. Thank you so much! My son recently purchased his vehicle at Wilson's, dealt with Conrad and because of the pleasant experience we received we returned. Conrad and Wilson's are so accommodating. Very professional, personable, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The vehicles are already priced right so it makes the whole experience convenient and comfortable. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with this dealership. We live in Niagara-on-the-Lake and it is definitely worth the drive going into Guelph to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I strongly recommend them. We are going to be in the need of a third vehicle for our daughter within the year or so and we will be back at Wilson's for our next purchase. Great Experience Wilson’s I would like to share with you how happy I have been with all the staff I have encounter within your facility on two separate purchases ov Wilson’s I would like to share with you how happy I have been with all the staff I have encounter within your facility on two separate purchases over the last 8 months. Conrad is the reason for my first purchase and again I must give credit where credit is due. Conrad is the reason I just came back and purchased my second vehicle within 8 months. I first came to Wilson's in August 2013 where I purchased a Camaro SS of which I was and still am very happy with it. Recently I decided to purchase another car and the first place I looked, was back at Wilson's. So there I was last week picking up my Audi TT. Conrad is one the most honest, genuine, personable, non “xx” Sales Associates that I have come across in a long time. He definitely does Wilson’s proud. Changing the stereotype Never bought from a used car dealer before, and went into it with some trepidation, and only because Wilson's had a hard-to-find version of the BMW SU Never bought from a used car dealer before, and went into it with some trepidation, and only because Wilson's had a hard-to-find version of the BMW SUV I was looking for. Had my preconceptions about used car dealers altered – big time. No sales pressure from Scotty Pawletzki, the rep I dealt with. Really accommodating, letting me take the vehicle not just for a test drive but later, to a marque specialist an hour away for a full inspection. No pushback when a serious problem was uncovered, immediately offering to take it to the nearby BMW dealer (where it was fixed). Held it, ultimately, for 3 weeks with a minimal deposit. All really professional and impressive, and a business I'd recommend to anyone. More
