Love my Jetta!!! Went in to see a Jetta. First expression wasn't the greatest after meeting the receptionist but once I started dealing with Jamie it started going a l Went in to see a Jetta. I was able to text Jamie anytime and he always got back to me with the answer! Delivery was given in 5 days as promised with all my other concerns taken care of! I was expecting to pay this much for a 2010 lower model car and I got a 2013, great prices! More

Quick and easy! My wife and I went to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon after I found a car I was interested in online. We came in from out of town. We were set up with Sunny, and within 10 min we were on our way with an unescorted test drive. After the test drive Sunny introduced us to Shari who went over finance options. There was no pressure to buy which was great! We left without purchasing, but ended up calling back a day later to purchase. As I said we were from out of town so all of our corresponding was done via phone and email. We were able to pick up the car a week later. Sunny and Shari were both very friendly and professional. We would Definitely recommend their services! More

She managed all my expectations (extra key fob, new tires, oil change, new wiper blades) as well as clearly stated what I should and shouldn't go with. As we financed it she was able to find a solution to reduce my monthly payments by quite a bit. I've had my car for 2 months in this cold weather and have had no problems. I will be getting another car in 2 years from her and Mark definitely. I worked in car rental at the counter for 8 years and am fairly knowledgeable in automotive but she amazed me with her calm and easy demeanor. She went above and beyond answering all my questions and set me up with the best warranty for my car and looked out for my best interests! He took the time to explain all the details from each make and model we were interested in. We did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase. Shari did our financing. She was efficient and friendly. We our really enjoying our new car. We will definitely be back in the future when we require another vehicle in our family. Typical Used Car Salesmen - Bait and Switch Me: "Throw in the back-up camera and tinted windows and we'll buy the car today" Him: "Let's write this up!" ...half an hour of filling out forms... Me: "Throw in the back-up camera and tinted windows and we'll buy the car today" Him: "Let's write this up!" ...half an hour of filling out forms... goes to see his manager Him: "We can't give you the back-up camera. Do you still want the car?" Other bad things: 1) Went to pick up the car, it didn't have a license plate mount on the front so they sent me on an errand to a Hyundai dealership where I waited for an hour for someone to put the plate mount on. (Wilson's did pay the bill though) 2) The wiper blades were in terrible shape and had to be replaced (They did offer to replace them if I brought the car back, but I live an hour away so it's cheaper for me to replace them on my own) 3) Scratches and dents in the rear bumper. I didn't notice them until I got the car home. Would have been nice if they had been pointed out to me prior to purchasing. Maybe that's too much to expect of a used car dealer though. 4) I emailed Jamie to request a photo of the rear of the car. Two weeks go by, no response. Then I get an email from him asking if I am still interested in buying a car?? He'll follow up on a new sales lead but once the sale is completed he's done with you. (Wilson's did eventually send me a photo of the bumper showing the scratches and dents to prove that the damage didn't occur after I signed the paperwork but it also proves that they were well aware of the damage but didn't feel the need to point it out to me.) 5) Wilson's gets good reviews by offering free oil changes. Write a review, print it out and bring it in, get a free oil change. Who's going to take in a negative review and expect their free oil change? The good things: 1) The price of the car was decent although it was previously a rental car (also not pointed out to me before we started filling out the paperwork) so it's a risky buy 2) The car had a half tank of gas when I picked it up, not just the quarter tank promised in the contract 3) The car was very clean inside and out Overall: I would recommend this dealership but be very careful and do your homework. Important decision-making information is not volunteered so have a list of good questions and be prepared to walk away when they pull the old bait and switch. More
Salesman of the year Purchased a 2013 Mazda CX5 my salesman Jamie was one of the best I have ever dealt with, extremely polite, very professional, No Pressure, No Haggle, Purchased a 2013 Mazda CX5 my salesman Jamie was one of the best I have ever dealt with, extremely polite, very professional, No Pressure, No Haggle, as I as to test drive tis vehicle, he quickly arranged to have this SUV brought around, request a copy of my diver's licence, promptly returned it and explained take it for a drive take your time no rush. Upon our return Jamie declared "What you think", I replied quite nice and raised a few points and questions that was quickly and professionally answered, I declared we would like to take a few hours to discuss the possibility of the purchase. We were quite surprise to hear Jamie replied No Problem, I am here until 5:00P.M today here is my card please let me know your decision. We made our way back and closed the deal on a fantastic vehicle Thanks to a salesman that has earned his commission. WELL DONE Jamie, my wife and I congratulate you on your Talent. More
